If you require direct billing please note Gillian and Liz offer only Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) and Jennifer offers PBC and other selected extended insurance plans at this time. Iain is unable to accept new patients at this time.
Please avoid wearing scented products and turn your cell phone on silent before entering the clinic.
A health history form will be emailed to you upon your first booking and must be completed before your treatment. 24 hours before your appointment a health screening questionnaire will be emailed to you. Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick. If you experience any signs or symptoms of cold OR flu please call us to cancel and reschedule at (250)744-1776. We will waive our customary fees for late cancellations if you are unwell. Please understand we may also have to cancel last minute if we have symptoms of illness.

Liz received a B.A. majoring in Psychology from the University of Victoria in 2003. After becoming interested in massage to relieve her sore shoulders and feet while backpacking around Nepal and South East Asia, she attended Victoria’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) and became an RMT in 2008. She mentored massage students as a clinic supervisor at WCCMT Victoria from 2010-2017.
