Timothy, Gillian and Liz are currently accepting new patients. Gillian and Liz offer only Pacific Blue Cross direct billing at this time.

If you have had a treatment from Iain in the past and would like to book with him please call and leave a voicemail at (250)744-1776 with your name, contact number, preferred date(s) and length of treatment. Unfortunately Iain is unable to accommodate new patients at this time. Jennifer is currently on maternity leave. If you would like to receive an email regarding her return to work, please send a request to jwillson.rmt@gmail.com.

If you would prefer your therapist wear a mask during treatment please let us know before entering the treatment room.

Please arrive only a few minutes maximum before your treatment and turn your cell phone on silent.

A health history form will be emailed to you upon your first booking and must be completed before your treatment. 24 hours before your appointment a health screening questionnaire will be email to you. If you experience any signs or symptoms of cold OR flu (fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, shortness of breath, body chills, runny nose, new headache, unexplained fatigue, decrease or loss of smell or taste, nausea/vomiting, pink eye, acute diarrhea, hoarse voice) prior to your appointment we ask that you to call us to cancel and reschedule at (250)744-1776. During this time we will be waiving our customary fees for late cancellations if you are unwell. Please understand that we may also have to cancel last minute if we have any symptoms of illness.
