Timothy, Gillian and Liz offer only Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) direct billing at this time. Jennifer offers PBC and other select insurance plans. Please contact us for more information before booking if you require direct billing for ICBC, MSP or your extended insurance plan.
If you have had a treatment from Iain in the past and would like to book with him please call and leave a voicemail at (250)744-1776 with your name, contact number, preferred date(s) and length of treatment. Unfortunately Iain is unable to accommodate new patients at this time.
Please avoid wearing scented products and turn your cell phone on silent before entering the clinic.
If you would prefer your therapist wear a mask during treatment please let us know before entering the treatment room. .
A health history form will be emailed to you upon your first booking and must be completed before your treatment. 24 hours before your appointment a health screening questionnaire will be emailed to you. If you experience any signs or symptoms of cold OR flu please call us to cancel and reschedule at (250)744-1776. We will waive our customary fees for late cancellations if you are unwell. Please understand we may also have to cancel last minute if we have symptoms of illness.
Our 2025 rates will come into effect January 1, 2025: 30 minutes: $70, 45 minutes: $100, 60 minutes: $128, 75 minutes: $153, 90 minutes: $179.

Liz received a B.A. majoring in Psychology from the University of Victoria in 2003. After becoming interested in massage to relieve her sore shoulders and feet while backpacking around Nepal and South East Asia, she attended Victoria’s West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) and became an RMT in 2008. She mentored massage students as a clinic supervisor at WCCMT Victoria from 2010-2017.
